The term ‘Crystal Prom Accessories’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 41 Retford Road, Handsworth, Sheffierld S13 9LA, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

·         You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Crystal Prom Accessories prior written consent.

·         If you qualify for a free gift, please note that the free gift must be returned if every item in your order is returned. Your refund will not be processed until the free gift has been returned.

·         Distance selling regulations state that you are legally entitled to be able to cancel your order with us within 7 days receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation (refund) outside this time frame. 

·         We only accept returns if goods are unused, in their original packaging and are returned with all enclosed parts. If shoes have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a carpeted surface these are not deemed suitable for return or exchange. Any items which appear to have been used, worn or are not returned in their original packaging and presentation box including any contents of packaging will not be deemed suitable for return or exchange.

·         We will accept exchanges and returns for sale items. However, we regret we are unable to accept returns for discontinued styles of shoes and handbags, dyed or ready-dyed shoe or handbags, pierced earrings or necklace sets including pierced earrings and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements unless deemed faulty.

·         If you wish to return or exchange an item, Crystal Prom Accessories must be notified of your decision to do this within 7 working days of receipt of your item. Crystal Prom Accessories reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item if we are not notified within 7 working days. All items should be returned by Special or Recorded delivery with appropriate insurance cover and tracking – Crystal Prom Accessories does not accept liability for items lost in transit.

·         Any returns or exchanges accepted by Crystal Prom Accessories will be credited to your account via Worldpay or a cheque payment if this was your chosen payment method. The credit or difference in amount for an exchanged product will be credited / debited accordingly not including any postage costs. We regret we are unable to refund postage costs for returns and exchanges unless the items are deemed faulty. All European and Overseas orders will incur an additional postage charge for items to be exchanged payable by Paypal invoice.

·         We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

·         Crystal Prom Accessories does not accept responsibility for credit payments made via Worldpay. If you have any queries regarding your payment please contact Worldpay Help Centre.

·         If payment has been made via postal cheque, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds to clear the cheque payment. Crystal Prom Accessories will not be held liable for bounced cheques or any bank charges incurred from the issue of a cheque.

If an item of mail is undeliverable as a result of an inaccurate address or postcode being provided, this will be returned to Crystal Prom Accessories and we will charge a postage fee to re-send the item. If at this point the customer decides to not continue with the order, we will refund the cost of the items but NOT the postage costs even if a FREE delivery service applied.

International
European and International orders are subject to higher postage and packaging costs and longer delivery times compared to UK deliveries. Returns, exchanges and refunds will also take longer to process and we will allow for extra time for customers to return an item from overseas. However, items being returned must be sent by a tracked postal service, for example, courier, with appropriate insurance cover as we will not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods. Overseas customers will also be responsible for any currency conversion fees incurred.

European and International orders are subject to all other terms and conditions detailed on this page. 

Crystal Prom Accessories cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from Royal Mail industrial action, i.e. a strike. However, we do endeavour to send items by Special Delivery if a Royal Mail strike is pending to ensure they will get priority once the strike is over. 

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
